Santa Al to Visit

To children he is Santa Claus, to adults; he is St. Nicholas, the true spirit of Christmas: love, caring and a giving heart.

We invite our special friends, former and respite residents to join us and meet Santa Al.  Please give us a call and let us know you are coming.

Thank You Vikings

A group of more than 20 Vikings spent Saturday at our home.

Under the direction of their Children’s Country Home Fundraiser Board members Peter Badgett, Tammy Ceesay, Jim Stark and Player Representatives Tom Fischer, Kevin Karpinski and Brad Thornton with Head Coach Wes Fischer, this team spent the day power washing patios and walkways, painting the house, clearing the roof of tree debris and clearing the planted areas of overgrowth, building benches for the patios and spending time with the children of CCH.

The board and staff of Children’s Country Home were honored to be selected as the beneficiary of this wonderful gift and thank every member of the Vikings for their work to make our home and yard a bright and shining place.

Thank you to Don Swanson of Plywood Supply for the materials to build benches for the patio, Craig Turrentine of Rodda Paints for the paint and supplies and Friends of Tammy Ceesay for providing the refreshments for the players.  We are grateful for your support!
