Soroptimist of Sno-King selected us as the beneficiary of one of their 2012 grant awards.  The cash award was presented at their annual Brunch & Fashion Show in April.  The members of Sno-King have been generous and supportive of our mission.  They have provided the resources to support our kids’ wellbeing as well as other needs of the house and kids.  We thank you for your continued love.

National Nurses Week is celebrated annually from May 6, also known as National Nurses Day, through May 12, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.  In recognition of this week, the board and leadership of Children’s Country Home recognize the phenomenal employees who demonstrate their love and devotion to the kids, their families and each other, every day.

Their hard work, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is truly appreciated. 

 We are pleased to announce our resident Yair and his mother have returned home.  We are thrilled for their family to finally be a family, together again.  This occasion is a wonderful tribute to Children’s Country Home and the staff who make it the special place it is.

Join the Children’s Country Home table at the Washington State Hot Rod Hall of Fame Awards Dinner and Art Raffle.  The cost is $40 per person and the proceeds from the Art Raffle benefit our kids.  Call  us at 425-806-9453 ext. 303 to reserve your seat(s).  The event will be held at the downtown Everett Holiday Inn located at 3105 Pine Street Saturday, May 26.  Admission is by ticket pre-sale only. 

Art Display will open at 2:00 p.m.

Social Cocktail Hour at 4:00 p.m.

Dinner at 5:00 p.m.

Awards at 6:00 p.m.

Your ticket stub will also grant you entrance to the Cruise Colby Dance Sunday, May 27 at 6:00 p.m.
